These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FinFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using FinFlow on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

FinFlow is currently offered in beta. Features, usage limits, and pricing are provisional and may change as the product evolves. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You are responsible for the accounts of users you invite to your company workspace.

FinFlow offers a Free plan with usage limits, a Growth plan billed at a monthly base fee plus a per-user fee, and an Enterprise plan with custom terms arranged with our team. Plan limits (such as the number of suppliers, bills, transactions, AI credits, and attachment size) are described in the app and on our pricing page.

During beta, paid plans are arranged and invoiced manually rather than through automated card billing. Fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. When self-serve payments become available, additional billing terms will apply and will be presented before any charge.

AI features consume monthly AI credits according to your plan. When your credits are exhausted, AI features are paused until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to FinFlow. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the Service, such as storing, processing, and displaying your data back to you and your authorised users. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

FinFlow provides accounting and finance tools, including calculators for tax, payroll contributions, loans, and deposits. These tools produce estimates for general guidance only and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and for your own compliance and filings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinFlow and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
