This Privacy Policy explains what information FinFlow collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the FinFlow website and application.

Account information: your name, email, and the company details you provide when registering.

Business data: the financial records you enter or upload, such as invoices, bills, suppliers, payments, payroll, and attachments.

Usage and device data: log information, such as actions taken in the app, timestamps, and basic device and browser details, used to operate and secure the Service.

Billing information: the plan you choose and, where applicable, contact details for invoicing. During beta we do not store card numbers.

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, process and display your data, calculate taxes and payroll, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve features. We use billing information to administer your subscription.

Some features use AI to help process documents and answer questions about your data. When you use these features, the relevant content is sent to our AI processing provider solely to generate a response for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not permit it to be used to train third-party models without your consent.

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, AI processing, and email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of FinFlow and its users. We do not sell personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may access and update your account information within the app, request an export of your data where reasonably possible, and request deletion of your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
